Give us an interesting fun fact about your book?
It has its own Battlecat, but I think his rider is way more awesome than He-man ^_^
What are some of your hobbies?
Writing. I’m not allowed to say writing right here am I? Lol. I love to sing, workout and commune with nature … except I don’t know the last time I went for a walk, broke a sweat or sang a song. I’ve been working hard to get the Kindler of Flames manuscript completed by the deadline I’ve set, so I think I’m just going to stick with writing for now. Hobbies will come with sales!! … I should use that as a pitch..
How can we contact you or find out more about your books?
Nescada is on both Facebook and Twitter at facebook.com/PagonaOrb and twitter.com/PagonaOrb. You can also find my novel's protagonist, Taerah Talavereis, on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/Talavereis, and the series has an official email address where you can contact me: [email protected] as well.
You can find me on Wattpad at wattpad.com/user/KnickyAbbott as well. You may try to add my personal FB account by sending me a friend request, but I warn you, I’m judgey (keeps my standards crisp like potato chip), so only the Awesome need apply *winks*
What can we expect from you in the future?
Kindler of Flames, Book 1 in the high fantasy space opera novel series, Nescada! Also I’m entering the Animekon KaraokeKon Competition this year. Wish me luck!

House of Neotar tells the childhood story of three of my main characters, and the unravelling of the circumstances leading them to who they’ll become later in the books. I wanted to show where it happened, where it started. It’s dark and dangerous and especially frightening because it concerns young children. However, it’s also enchanting and lovely, and I wanted an image that would convey that dichotomy in equal measure. One that once you read the excerpt *hint* and then the book *double hints* you’ll get a piercing sense of nostalgia every time you see it.
Who is your favourite character from your book and why?
Driana Devane. She’s everything I wish I was and pretend to be when I’m drunk; except she doesn’t need to get drunk to be that. Lol. She’s crude and daring and a natural-born badass, and hot. So very, very hot. She’s flawed and entirely loveable, relatable and ballsy about making mistakes. Aside from Nescada, I think hers is the best story I’ll ever tell. She’s Eva Green meets Daryl Dixon, but she has her own story.
