Forearm Hand Stand
Start with a normal hand stand and hook
onto the pole with one leg and release the other.
Martini Spin
Walk around the pole then hook your inside leg around the pole and keep it straight. Bend your outside leg and remember to point your toes.
Hook and Roll
Walk around the pole and hook your inside leg high around the pole. Lean forward and lift your other leg to spin slowly, keeping both hands on the pole.
Fireman Spin
Walk around the pole giving yourself a good momentum. Hook your outside ankle around the pole then do the same with your inside ankle allowing your ankles to cross as you spin.
