Today, more than ever before, business environments are rapidly changing, requiring your organization to continuously adapt. If environmental complexities like customer demands, regulatory requirements and technological developments are not adequately addressed, your business run a high risk of failure. Very few people can or will ever dispute the importance of the optimal usage of people, process and technology in order to effectively address these “environmental complexities”.
