Do you want to earn a hands-on qualification
in either Construction or IT skills?
After an initial six week induction, you’ll study towards a construction or IT User
qualification alongside real work experience with a local business, functional skills
development and employability skills. Mixed in with enrichment activities, you’ll
learn the skills to place you perfectly on the next steps towards an apprenticeship.

Build up your construction/horticulture work experience
with our unique Homeworks service providing opportunities
in a variety of disciplines working in small teams.
After an initial three/four week induction with construction/horticulture tasters,
you’ll gain vital work experience on our Homeworks vehicles carrying out
work with qualified trade supervisors. You’ll develop your functional skills and
employability skills, alongside enrichment activities and work as part of a team.

Are you set on a career in business? Our Officeworks
programme provides everything you need to get you
work-ready for an apprenticeship.
After an initial eight week induction, you’ll study towards an employability
qualification, functional skills and learn key IT and workplace communication skills.
Upon becoming work ready, a twelve week work placement will further develop
your skills before starting a full-time apprenticeship.
