Sub soil drainage in action !

Following on with our earlier sub soil drainage feature , we came across an actual installation showing the effect of a well installed solution to a serious drainage problem .
As this is a private home , we will not provide the address other than to say it was in the suburb of Senderwood in Johannesburg where these particular homes are built on a steep slope . The fact that the home was adjacent to a waterlogged park on one side and taking the neighbours ’ water coupled with the fact that a driveway on the other side serves three homes , did not help .
The customer ’ s home is in the middle of the three homes as illustrated on the line drawing and suffered from subsoil water issues all the time .
