Co-ordinating stakeholders Create a centralised communications system , member platform , marketing , and communications plan . This consists of three elements , namely : 1 . Creation and gathering of all relevant information including codes , standards , legal input , training regulations and such . 2 . Develop a streamlined communication and marketing plan for the industry . 3 . Create new section i . e ., new website and members only section .
Stakeholder relations become critical and essential . To achieve this , a stakeholder relations team needs to be appointed . Function : To build a renewed and new approach to working with key operational local stakeholders . Hereto are three elements : 1 . Re-focus and re-define approach to maintaining local stakeholder relationships .
2 . Engage stakeholders on cornerstone activities . ( CoCs , CPD and Audits )
3 . Create a plan for future cornerstone activities so that future implementation and buy -in is long lasting .
Consumer engagement Employing the resources made up by stakeholders , engagement with consumers directly and indirectly . Three elements are applied : 1 . Create a promotion campaign which includes public relations , advertising , exhibitions , point of sale activity in shopping malls , handouts , directories , electronic , print , and suchlike .
2 . Engaging with consumers through retail , manufacturing , and suppliers
