Host employers specialising in contract and maintenance plumbing are the first step in work experience in the successful preparation of the group . They also benefit from the INTENTional and MENTORing programme designed to support a learning culture within their organisations .
Contract plumbing experience with AJC , Plumbworld , and Buildview Plumbing shape candidates ’ technical expertise .
The one-week Entrepreneurial Action Bootcamp provided insights into each candidate ’ s entrepreneurial potential . Candidates are supported through the ‘ ED 360 ’, three-year practical entrepreneurial development programme supporting an entrepreneurial plumbing career .
