Take Action: Know when to stop planning and analyzing and take the first step - recognize that all of that wonderful wisdom and knowledge you’ve accumulated isn’t worth much if you never do anything with it.
Take Risks: Understand there is a huge difference between taking a calculated risk and being careless and are willing to challenge yourself to learn and adjust accordingly. Most importantly don’t be afraid to ask for support.
Build Trust: Realize the commitments you make to yourself are as important as those you make to other people – doing what you say you are going to do.
Expect the Best: With a bold mindset expect to succeed, maybe not easily or quickly, but believe in your ability to make things happen.
Prioritize Self-Care: Recognize the importance of building a healthy personal foundation. That rather than being selfish, nurturing your own well-being provides you with the energy and resources needed to live a full life.
Be A Lifelong Learner: Always seeking to learn and expand your capacity as you develop skills and behaviors that enable you to grow and experience all that life has to offer.
Be Persistent: Rarely give up; recognize that, that doesn’t mean doing the same thing over and over. Learn as you go, brainstorm solutions and be willing to experiment and embrace the opportunities that often come from unexpected detours (open to change).
From Platinum to you (raise your glasses high) – “Here’s to bold people, may we know them, may we be them, may we raise them! And most of all, (right or wrong) appreciate, respect, be supportive and love them for being brave enough to be bold.” Without them the world would not be much without them.
