You might have no idea how writing will purge you of some hurtful memories. Exercise by way of walking, lifting flour, meal, sugar bags for the arms, sitting and standing leg lifts at home. Helping a senior or sick neighbor will allow you to feel accomplished. There are many non-costly things we can do to help ourselves relieve tension. Most importantly, LOVE YOUSELF, and regardless to what you have negatively done in the past, forgive YOURSELF and move forward in a positive manner.
Take your children to the park, and take a book, newspaper, or a writing tablet, and please watch the children mainly. Sit and talk to them about life, and what is expected of them when they become an adult. Teach them where you might have gone wrong, so they don't continue the pattern.
