COLUMNISTS

Wedding Belles

Hey guys, we've never met before so let me start by introducing myself. I'm Louise, avid fan, old friend and not forgetting - a future bride. I'm one of Dann's oldest friends and when he asked for my input for the magazine I thought it would be a great idea to express myselt to other brides-to-be as I prepare for my own wedding.

Okay, I'm going to use this months column to talk to all you lovely ladies about the importance of a make-up artist and hair stylist on your wedding day. Some of you will choose to visit a salon the morning of your big day and maybe do your own make-up, and yeah that's great and fine - but things can get very stressful.

For a cheap price you can hire a professional hair stylist/make-up artist combo package from someone you know and trust to do a fantastic job. Most companies jack up prices when they hear it's for a wedding occasion but if you search around a little in your local area you will find someone who can come to your house the morning of, finish your 'do and prep your make-up. This means you don't have to stress or worry about getting to anywhere but the church on time.

Find your artist in plenty of time before the day, I personally found mine months ago. Talk to them about what you would like, test out some ideas and by your wedding day you will have exactly what you want stress free.
