Goal Setting
All elementary and middle school instructors should identify their goals from the previous page:
1. Top-line Goal #1 from the priorities listed with stars next to them.
2. Top-line Goal #2 from the priorities listed with stars next to them.
3. Choice Goal from any of the other priorities listed.
4. Personal Goal
*The school leader has the final approval of all goals. Their job to ensure equity of all goals and all staff. Special area teachers and elective teachers have an impact on our state accountability performance. They support our scholars with math and reading skills as well. However, it is up to the school leader to determine whether or not a goal is acceptable for a teacher.
