Coaching Conversations & Feedback

Logging a coaching conversation is simple and purposeful when done in collaboration with the teacher. The more the teacher can identify their bite-size goal, the more ownership they will have when it comes to implementing the feedback. Attaching resources to support the teacher's bite-size goal will continue to support the teacher during their intellectual prep moving forward.
