At PLA, school leaders are active participants in weekly 1:1 meetings with their Regional Director. In addition to these meetings, leaders will participate in Professional Learning Communities biweekly with other leaders across our network. The topics for these meetings are derived from data points related to our school level CFAs and network principal goals. This is a great opportunity to collaborate, learn and grow from other leaders in our organization!

Executing key performance indicators to drive SMART goals
Meet biweekly with other leaders across network for a Leadership PLC.
Meet weekly with Regional Director for a focused 1:1 on performance metrics
