PLA Network Meeting Rhythm
All high functioning teams adapt a set of meeting and planning rhythms that allow for efficient teamwork. At PLA, the following meeting rhythm is utilized by all network teams and school leadership team members.
Identify your top priorities for the day.
Identify any areas that might prohibit you from accomplishing your goal.
Identify your top 2 metrics and quarterly priorities.
Identify any challenge areas that require team collaboration.
Identify 2-3 team based areas of growth or improvement.
Prepare agenda item in advance to discuss team's response.
Review progress of team's goals.
Determine areas of improvement and steps to move forward
Review previous year's initiatives and metrics
Revisit and set long-term strategic items.
SWOT review. (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats)
