SCHOLAR LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

At the beginning of each school year, leadership should go through the process of identifying single-point of accountability when it comes to roles and responsibilities. Single-point of accountability does NOT mean that others can not support a role, but one person is responsible for ensuring the responsibilities take place.

By completing this process, it helps establish ownership of responsibilities and clear up role confusion between leaders.

The process should happen prior to the start of the year.
