MISSION & VISION STATEMENTS
All PLA schools are required to identify their school’s mission and vision.
A mission statement talks about HOW you will get where you want to be. It talks about the present leading to its future. It answers the questions, “What do we do today? For whom do we do it? What is the benefit?"
A vision statement outlines WHERE you want to be. It communicates both the purpose and the values of your school. It answers the questions, “Where do we want to be going forward? When do we want to reach each stage? How do we want to do it?"
