Post-Conference Closing & Signatures
When the evaluator clicks the "Complete" button after filling out the evaluation form, the evaluation subject is notified immediately by email. They can access the evaluation from the email or from the alert in their profile within the Coaching Cycle Platform. At this point the evaluation score is not included in the analytics and the evaluation can be viewed only by the evaluator and subject. They both have a form at the bottom of the evaluation page to add their signature:
Once both have signed, the evaluation is added to the system. The signatures and dates signed are shown on the evaluation page:
If a staff member is out on FMLA or excused from the evaluation window do to being newly hired, the evaluator can click the appropriate button to reflect their status. See below:
