Home-School Communication
Throughout the year, communication may occur through:
• ParentSquare messages
• Phone calls
• Emails
• Family conferences( Fall and Spring)
• Home visits( Head Start)
• Meetings and family engagement events
Families are encouraged to contact their child ' s teacher or SELC staff whenever questions, concerns, or celebrations arise.
Emergency Communication
In case of an emergency, families will be notified through ParentSquare and other available communication methods.
To help ensure prompt communication, families must maintain current:
• Phone numbers
• Email addresses
• Home addresses
• Emergency contact information
Any changes should be reported to the Main Office as soon as possible.
