If a concern cannot be resolved, families may utilize the following process: Step 1: Classroom Level
Discuss the concern with the staff member most directly involved, such as your child ' s teacher or Family Advocate.
Step 2: Program Level If additional assistance is needed, contact the Director. Step 3: Shared Governance Review
Head Start families may request review through established governance structures, including the Policy Committee, as appropriate.
Step 4: District Review If concerns remain unresolved, families may contact the Superintendent of Schools. Step 5: Board of Education Review
Families may request review through the Enfield Board of Education in accordance with district procedures.
