How To Ch Ladies, we have been carrying these girls (ta-ta’s, boobs, bosoms, whatever you call them) around for decades and it has come to my attention that a lot of us don’t even know the typical precautions to take when ensuring that our lovely lady lumps remain safe. As we all know, there are many different ways to check your ta-ta’s on your own. Here are the most common ways to do a home breast exam: Step 1: 1. Stand facing the mirror keeping your shoulder’s straight and your hand’s placed on your hip’s while paying special attention to these characteristics: - Color - Shape - Texture Look for any color changes, redness, soreness, dimpling, puckering, bulges, rashes, inverted nipple (nipple going in instead of coming out) OR any nipple discharge that is white, yellow or clear.
