A couple Board Meeting notes for the community
Brought before the Board at the September 10th meeting.
A motion was made to approve the appointment of Joseph Fisher to the Board of Directors to fill a vacant seat bringing the total to seven directors. He has agreed to come on board and "get his feet wet." Welcome Joseph!
For those interested in attending, Board meetings are held on the second Wednesday of every month at 9 a.m., with the exception of July and August. Meeting notices and agendas are posted both inside and outside the clubhouse. As required by law, we post them 48 hours in advance, but we typically make them available the preceding Thursday. They are also accessible on our website at pinetreevillage.org under the "Documents" section and noted on the homepage under Meetings. .
There are 3 websites that you can check before a hurricane strikes. Ready.gov/hurricanes, readypbc.com and pbcgov.com
The last one is directed more for our area and Palm Beach County.
Just a reminder that 4th quarter maintenance is due October 1, 2025. Be sure and get it in before the 10th to avoid a late fee.
