The Third Thursday of every month has been designated as
FREE PIZZA THURSDAY!
We do ask that if you plan to attend you be here by 5:30 so that we have an idea as to how much pizza to order. Bring your favorite beverage and come enjoy the camaraderie of your PTV neighbors.

Just a friendly reminder that there are no meetings during the months of July and August with the exception of the Finance Committee which will meet on Monday, July 7th at 9AM. The office will remain open during the summer months with their normal hours of 8am to 1pm Monday through Thursday.
You can still submit Architectural and Landscape forms to the office.
Have you ever considered becoming a member of the Board of Directors? Now is the time to seriously think about it because come January there will be 1 if not 2 openings on the Board that will need to be filled. You can stop by the office and pick up a Candidate Application. If you know of someone that you think would be a qualified candidate for the board, talk to them or have them contact a current board member for more information. This is YOUR community, get involved and let your voice be heard.
Now that Hurricane season has started you can pick up the 2025 edition of the Hurricane guide. They are available in the clubhouse. A few of our residents have gone "north" for the summer so be sure to stop, look and listen. If something doesn't look right call the proper authorities and look out for your neighbors.
We have several new residents in our community. Stop by and make them feel welcome in Pine Tree Village. Just a wave or a simple "hello" can make a difference in peoples lives.
Remember that the 3rd Quarter Maintenance payments are due July 1, 2025. Have them in before the 10th to avoid a late fee.
