For community concerns ; the process is to present them to the appropriate commi ee . No ces are posted before the mee ngs as required and all homeowners are encouraged to a end . The commi ee will review the issue and make recommenda ons for any ac on the board needs to evaluate .
Hopefully , knowing the background of the issues helps us all to understand what the board was presented with , how it reacted , and how the ac ons of some homeowners could cause major adjustments in how Pine Tree Village may be governed in the future .
