The recent increase in quarterly fees primarily addresses the rising costs of essential landscaping services, which play a crucial role in preserving our community’s aesthetic appeal. However, active involvement from each homeowner in maintaining their property is equally important in keeping our neighborhood beautiful.
If we are being asked to dig deeper into our pockets, can we at least ask our neighbors to do their part on their property? While we're all grappling with the new fees, it’s perplexing why there seems to be little to no concern about the neighbor whose property needs some extra care. What can we do to help?
Landscaping plays a significant role in our neighborhood's appeal, but the responsibility should not solely rest on the shoulders of the association. If each of us committed to maintaining our yards and homes, we could collectively alleviate some financial pressure on the association and enhance our community's overall appearance.
