Lindsey Hall, APRN: Recently, my dad visited Urgent Care with chills, not knowing why. She ordered a UA, lab work and antibiotics for a possible UTI. Lindsey was his provider and the care she provided was incredibly sweet and attentive. What truly stood out was that she called him immediately when his lab results came in to discuss them and check up on my dad. The next day when the rest of the results came in and Lindsey had the day off, she sent us a message on MyChart to check in again on my dad and discuss the final results— this was an act of kindness and dedication that meant so much to our family. Her compassion and commitment to patient care was truly exceptional. Thank you, Lindsey, for the best care my family has ever received at Urgent Care. Caitlin Clarkin, PA: I would like to recognize Caitlin Clarkin for being truly Everyday Amazing. When the oncology department was overwhelmed with work, Caitlin stepped up without hesitation.
