THE POWER OF
Photoshop, since 1987, has paved the way for the modern editor. From it's initial release, the photography industry would never be the same. At its core, this software's purpose has always been to inspire and let the average person to create and alter imagery, but its impact on how photography is created and framed is evolutionary. Thousands of artists a day use this software as a way to produce an initial thought, and with the constant growth of technology, photoshop is making it easier for everybody to become professional digital creators.
The image shown bellow, taken and created by Dmitri Tremblay, looks at the ever growing and polarization of the modern city. He used photoshop to capture the architectural beauty of buildings in his local area, combining these man made mountains from 18th century London with the precise and sharp designs of modern buildings. From the click of a button to the layering of various photos, to the deeply technical distortion of shapes and images, photoshop is a software that will forever impact the way photos are produced, building the foundations for the future creators of our world.
