underlying condition, rather than cultural problems that can be addressed by social
policies
That causative condition is a direct and primary consequence of our hominid
evolutionary neurobiological heritage
The path forward to an enlightened world is for each individual to physiologically
evolve beyond that heritage
We can wait for thousands of generations (natural evolution is slow) or use the science
and technology our brain has manifested to achieve that step in a matter of decades.
The decision is ours to make.
