RESEARCH EDUCATIONAL PARADIGM, BASED ON PERSONAL
PHILOSOPHY AT SCHOOL
Our educational paradigm based on personal Philosophy at school and
focus to solution between different generations at school community: teachers
and students.
We conducted a survey of teachers and students. Each group expressed
their own attitudes and expectations at the school. The teachers stated what
they expected of the students. Students expressed their views not only about
teachers but also about the diversity of activities at school and the general
expectations of education.

TEACHERS.
A teaching (philosophy) statement is a purposeful and reflective essay
about the author’s teaching beliefs and practices. It is an individual narrative
that includes not only one’s beliefs about the teaching and learning process
but also concrete examples of the ways in which he or she enacts these beliefs
in the classroom. Teaching philosophy statement is important because a clear
philosophy of teaching can lead to a change in teaching behavior and foster
professional and personal growth.
