Student need real choices about what, when, and how student will learn and
demonstrate student abilities.

Students don't want just completing assignments. Student need feel
appropriately challenged.
CONCLUSION
The attitudes and expectations of teachers and students in school and
education are compatible, but two prerequisites should be met:
1. Teachers should be committed to education for students, not only for
self-expression (self-realisation).
2. pupils should express their expectations and discuss them with the
teachers, and be involved in the development of the individual education plan
