score. They lookin for teachers know about student and student interests and

Relevance.
Students lookin for teachers to work relevant to students interests.
„Help me, teacher, understand how my learning contributes to my community
and to the world“.
Focus 3.
Time.
Students want expected to learn at a constant pace decided not only by
the teacher, but at student own pace. Students need time for deep learning
as well as broad.
Focus 4.
Sequence.
All students have to learn things in the same sequence, or can I learn
things in an order that fits my learning style or interests?
Focus 5.
Play.
Students don't want to always pressure to perform? Students need to
have opportunities to explore and make mistakes and learn from them,
without being branded as a failure.
Focus 6.
Practice.
Students don't want to learn something and then immediately move on
to the next skill. Students need engage in deep and sustained practice of those
skills we need to learn. Students don't want to learn all theoretical. Students
need opportunities to apply what I’m learning in real world settings.
