myincredibleexperience throughstudying -riteshbhoodram Ritesh Bhoodram is a Qualied Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant at Newcastle Provincial Hospital. This is a letter that he wrote about his experience through the Kheth’Impilo Learnership programme in Amajuba. “The course had exceeded all my expectations. The facilitators, Shabnum Khan and Suraiya Seedat were excellent -always providing encouragement, assistance and guidance. I have acquired invaluable life skills and a wealth of information from this course which I am now able to utilise in my working environment. The training programme is on an elevated level, it is indepth and comprehensive and it challenged me to think on a much broader level. I now realise the importance of quality research and the ability to think “out of the box”. During the post basic training programme, I had the opportunity to meet other learner’s and we also learnt a lot from each other. After graduation, I felt a sense of achievement. The course has given me a solid foundation which will denitely assist in propelling me to greater heights. My career as a qualied Post Basic Pharmacist assistant looks very promising and challenging and the future is full of hope and opportunity. Now that I have acquired this knowledge and qualication, I feel well informed and condent in conducting my duties as a Pharmacist Assistant to deliver a more efcient and quality service to the general public. I would like to advise other students that are currently busy with this course, to work hard, as perseverance is ultimately the key to success. I would like to thank Shabnum and Suraiya, my tutors Crista and Jan for all the support and encouragement they provided to me during this course. I would also like to thank Kheth’Impilo for giving me this opportunity.” We would love to hear YOUR story. Share it with us. 4 Submit your entry to your class facilitator or email [email protected]
