One might be wondering what a fitness program is, in fact, how does it work? Well, a fitness program is an exercise plan that consists of enjoyable exercises that will motivate every individual to stay dedicated to the plan. Technically, a person makes it personal and set a goal they strive to achieve at the end of the plan. As a health magazine we have found a blend of workouts and activities, including a schedule that anyone can stick with for a period of time. We have selected efficient and well-rounded workouts with aerobic, strength training and balance exercises. None of the workout surpasses a person’s current level of fitness. Starting a fitness program, especially during the holidays, may be one of the most beneficial things you can do for your health. Not only would this fitness program improve a person’s physical appearance, it also reduces any harmful risks of diseases by improving our self-esteem. The fact that the program keeps the routine fresh, would encourage the person to have a stronger incentive to why they should keep doing it. In terms of goal setting the SMART technique has been used to elaborate on each goal set for this fitness plan. Attached to this magazine are 3 types of smart goals (long and short) term. Readers can use it to set their own specific goal.
