7. How did this fit into your scheudle/life?

Initially my personal fitness program was designed for summer. Once summer begins I will be able to incorporate all of the workouts in my daily schedule, since I won’t be as busy as I was during school time. During summer time I can make the workout much better by changing up the environment, wearing comfortable workout clothes and also inviting friends once, because everyone is free during summer time. Since I like the idea of knowing my schedule for the day, I can make my personal program, the first thing I do to start my day off. Due to the 2 months we have to summer break I can go at my own pace without the fear or the pressure of school preventing, which always prevents me from working out. During summer I have nothing to do, so technically I have no excuse or hindrance stopping me from doing the program. The fact that I have all the equipment’s, work out and training log, really makes me set for summer time workouts! Incorporating this program during summer time will be much more easier and beneficial, which would cause me to stay dedicated.
