VIDEO SCHEDULE

Name: YOGA FIT WITH DENISE

This video is for week 1 on saturday. It is a 30 minute long video, that allows everyone to exercise every part of our body without great intensity. An eight minute tabata can be done before or after the yoga. Since Sundays have shorter workout days it gives the body time to rest and recover. Some benefits of yoga are:

1. Physical: keeps the body fit, strong and confident.

2. Mental: Resets a prson back to its naturl state (calm, focused and sharp)

NAME: PILATES

This video is for week 2 on Suday. It is also a 30 minute video, that gives the audiene a chance to go at their own pace. 30 maso twists an be done before or after this video. Pilates creates strength and increases every person's flexibility along with their endurance

NAME: ZUMBA

This video is for week 3 on Wednesday. It is a 30 minute video that gives the audience chance to have a much more amusing time learning dances a they also workout. Zumba is good cardio which improves a person's edurance and balance as well. Do it friends t make it much more funner!
