Long Term:
I want to gain my optimal weight of 110 lbs by eating carbs and drinking plenty of water after a workout. To attain this goal, I will set the objective from the beginning of July till the end of October.
For my month of July, I attached multiple notes to bring a water bottle and added links to recipe websites. I want to attain this goal because I'd like to gain additional weight to tone my body; such as gaining and strengthening my calves and quadriceps.
Short Term:
I would like to enhance my cardiovascular endurance by being able to run 5K by the end of the summer. I’d like to start off with running short trails up to 2.5k or even, 3k.
To improve my cardiovascular endurance I've included weekly run WOD days, using minimum equipment.
