In my July calendar, I've included working out 5 times a week. On two out of the five days, I run a 3km or 4km route and friday's are always yoga days to loosen up the muscles.

Two out of five days, I included a upper body killer workout and a easy to follow, Noble Leg workout. Then, a stairs tabata for Cardio.

I've included run days and Stairs Tabata for Cardio. Then, for legs I have Noble Leg Workout, which allows you to do upto 6 sets with 5 excersies. For an upper body workout, I've added a, AMRAP WOD, (As Many Rounds As Possibe). Then, i have various yoga days which help improve my balance and stamina.

My time frame includes a month's worthy of workouts , just so it's easy to follow and keep up with.
