1 . The Statue of Liberty was a Christmas present . Lady Liberty was a gift to the United States from France . She was reddishbrown when first delivered but turned green over decades of oxidation . And she is considered the largest Christmas gift ever !
2 . Male reindeer shed their antlers during the winter . This means that , although it has yet to be clarified , it ’ s possible that all of Santa ’ s reindeer are female .
3 . The Beatles hold the record for the most # 1 songs dominating the charts during Christmas time . The four songs are : “ I Want to Hold Your Hand ,” “ I Feel Fine ,” “ Day Tripper / We Can Work It Out ,” and “ Hello , Goodbye .”
4 . In the popular Christmas song “ 12 Days of Christmas ,” all the gifts mentioned would add up to 364 presents !
