The controversy about Homeopathic proof was always based on the fact that Homeopathic medicines are so diluted they cannot have any effect. This study gave Homeopaths the basic scientific proof they were looking for. To Homeopaths this study means dilutions of natural substances still contain the frequencies of that substance and once inside the body can exert their effects based on the presence of these frequencies in the water.
Depending on the author, an average body content is around seventy percent. We know that most reactions in the body happen through a water medium. So far we attributed this potential to the polarity of water molecule. Further studies need to be performed to further understand the electromagnetic power of water and affects of frequencies surrounding us on water and eventually on our body.
Homeopathy In Action
As mentioned earlier, homeopathic medicines work on physical, physiological and emotional-behavioral aspects of an individual. It is also important to know that these medicines also have modalities like aggravating and improving, time of the day or the year, and emotional.
The most important part of a homeopathic consultation is for the physician to find a medication with the specific modalities the patient is experiencing. For example, different headaches can be improved by applying either heat vs. cold, by laying down vs. sitting up, by applying pressure vs. removing constrictions, taking a nap vs. sleeping for hours. There are individuals who get headaches at a specific time during the day. People respond differently to emotional issues, some like to be left alone to deal with it individually and others need to share it with their loved ones, and others will let everyone know how they feel.
This is one of the main differences between allopathic medicine and homeopathic medicine. Different types of headache discussed above in allopathy will have the same pain medication treating them, while there are multiple medications in homeopathy, which treat headaches, and only the medication with specific modality treats the headache. If the medication is not chosen properly it is not going to work and thus the practitioner of homeopathy needs to have a lot of knowledge and experience, and only after a detailed interview can find out the correct medication.
