For example, lets talk about the recent Fall 2018 collection by Hussein Bazaza titled “Lili”, initially the title seemed obscure, and only when he disclosed the idea behind his inspiration, or lack there of, did you appreciate it. Bazaza’s lack of inspiration 52 Perle SPRING 2018 was the root of his creative process for the collection. Having found a starting point in demotivation, the pieces showcased geometric cuts, rough leather, and constructed stitching. The looks are glitched, blurred with hazy effects as embroidery, beading, prints and motifs.
