9 Reinas: Tastes from
Argentina in the Old Town

achieve a symbiosis between the sender (creator of the
elaborations), the channel (room equipment) and the
receiver (the diner).

many gastronomic options
offered by the historic Old Town of
the city to those who visit it to deli-
ght themselves with exquisite dishes,

enjoy the San Telmo burger, a deli-
cious beef burger with goat cheese,
arugula, caramelized onion, candied
tomato with a mushroom truffle ma-
yonnaise, which can be accompanied
with exquisite potatoes as comple-
ment, and with a delicious drink.

9 Reinas, founded at the end of 2010
by five meat lovers, is that its gastro-
