Its name honors a famous Spanish flamenco singer. In this
casual style restaurant, there is no menu, since what is offe-
red is a tasting that includes ten dishes, guided by the chef, who will
recommend you excellent options so that you have the best gastrono-
mic experience of your life. You can try all the meals of the tasting for
a unique and accessible price. However, you can order and pay only
those you want to eat
Another good option are the varied tapas, which you can accom-
pany with the drink that you prefer.
Its schedule is from Monday to Saturday, from 6.00 p.m. onwards.
As chef Felipe Milanés assured us, each of the dishes it offers are made
with all-natural local products, from Manolo Caracol’s vegetable gar-
den in Pedasí. Seasonal foods are used, so the menu is always varied.
