To achieve this status, it’ s recognised that the People Operations Profession provides a funded opportunity for its personnel to gain membership of the CIPD based on your own career experience and knowledge.
The People Operations profession plays a vital role in supporting the RAF in everything we do, both in the UK, on operations and in our overseas permanent locations.
You will be joining a profession that makes a difference to our purpose of Ready to fly and fight.
