earning and Growth is one stake of HR is catering
25% weightage of Balance Score Card directly
affecting balance sheet of any organization.
Nevertheless, Learning & Growth directly and indirectly
affected by Automation of HR processes. Automation
has mis-understood that it has more benefi ts for
industry & employer than employees. As 70 percent of
the Indian employees think that automation will take
away their jobs and 20 percent feel that automation will
make their jobs better. However, if we go deeper this
is not simple arithmetic and involve larger framework
to make balancing outcome for benefi tting employees,
industry and nation at large. Future seems terrifying
with projection of 68 percent population seems to be
consist of working hand between age group of 15 to 60
years another decade. However, we can consider this
as demographic dividend if Government, Industry,
Institutions and Family change their thought process
and act right now.

Lets structure the entire scenario from Target
to current challenges. Target future job lying
mostly two category One in Specialist skills those
are in Data Analyst and Scientists, Big data, AI and
Machine Learning, Digital Transformation, Software
Development & Services. Second category are in
existing streams as with more analytical responsibility
matrix for General and Operation Management, Sales &
Marketing, OD and Training.
Responsibility of Industry:
1. Indian industry top leadership have to ponder
upon upcoming preparedness for projected losses in
traditional business and supporting Govt and working
hands to train and equip to compete globally.
2. The ability of the leadership to lead the automation
change will be a crucial skill in the organization. The
leader will be also responsible for identifying the right
