An event can be fruitful if it factors three elements: 1) Time; 2) Relevance; and, 3) Decorum. Short duration events on a weekday are often more signifi cant and actionable. Choice of speakers and selection of speakers makes it more relevant. A combination of Age, experience and exposure will make a perfect panel that should include a researcher, an academician & moderator. A more experiential panel, specifi cally a 1+3 format for a panel is the most preferred. Ted-ex, pigeonhole, bonding and mass format are preferable formats of the events. Pre & Post engagement to the event will catch the attention of the audience. A pre-material with a few keynotes, a timely reminder, encouraging participation, some exercises before the event and rewards for participants for active participation will bind the audience until the conclusion of the event.
