A note from the Editors
Hello and welcome to the 17th edition of Pensador magazine! We’ re so glad you’ re taking the time to dive into this latest issue, and we truly appreciate your interest in what we’ ve been working on.
As editors-in-chief, we’ re incredibly proud of everyone who helped bring this edition to life. From writers and editors to designers, social media leads, and the launch party team— thank you for making time in your busy schedules to contribute. It’ s been a pleasure to work together and connect students across the HiPLA department.
This year’ s edition brings together a wide mix of topics and voices, and we’ re excited to introduce some new sections, including Hispanic World Here in the UK. We hope the articles in this edition spark your curiosity, whether it ' s through exploring Hispanic, Lusophone, and Catalan culture, or examining current political affairs.
We’ re also deeply grateful to the HiPLA department for their help in proofreading the articles, and we’ d like to give a special thanks to Mario Saborido Beltrán for his guidance and support throughout the process.
