What advice would you give to current students ?
Indianna : I would say you can ’ t just start having good study habits or a good work ethic as soon as you start the Diploma Programme ( DP ). You want to start building that up in Grade 10 , so that when you ’ re in the DP , you ’ re not struggling as much with the procrastination .
Benjamin : I can give them university advice , I suppose , which is simply , show up to lectures . Because there are so many students who don ’ t do it . Then , they tell themselves that they ’ ll review the lecture notes themselves , which would be great if they had the discipline to do that . But the problem is most people , myself

included , don ’ t have the discipline to review lecture notes themselves . So by simply going to lectures , you ’ re already putting yourself ahead . And I would encourage them to find internships .
Leon : Enjoy the time you have .
What are your future plans ?
Indianna : I ’ ve decided to make the University of Manchester my first choice and will begin studying Engineering there in the fall .
Benjamin : Well , I ’ ve now completed the academic requirements to become a Chartered Engineer ; and I ’ m already an Associate Engineer . I need to complete between two and three years of work , depending on how many projects I complete , in order to become a fully Chartered Engineer with the Energy Institute here in the UK .
Leon : After finishing my bachelor ’ s degree in Maritime Business , I am planning on studying Shipping , Trade and Finance at City , University of London Business School ( formerly Cass Business School ) in the UK , hopefully beginning in September 2020 .
