Yoga in Osprey Room Monday and Wednesday 9:00 - 10:00am No experience necessary ! All Members are welcome . Mats and blocks will be available or you may bring your own .
Chair Yoga Monday and Wednesday 10:15 - 11:15am Enjoy the benefits of yoga without getting up and down from the floor . Participants practice poses while seated in a chair or using the chair for assistance in some standing poses .

The golf course , golf facilities and golf clubhouse are part of The Club at Pelican Preserve which is not associated with Plaza Del Sol / Town Center . Purchase of a membership in The Club at Pelican Preserve by application and payment of the applicable membership fee is required for use of The Club at Pelican Preserve golf amenities .
