All owners within Pelican Preserve are required to be members of Plaza Del Sol / Town Center and pay the fees and charges levied pursuant to the Town Center Declaration for use of the Town Center amenities and facilities . The golf course , golf facilities and golf clubhouse are part of The Club at Pelican Preserve which is not associated with Plaza Del Sol / Town Center . Purchase of a membership in The Club at Pelican Preserve by application and payment of the applicable membership fee is required for use of The Club at Pelican Preserve golf amenities .
