• Adhere to posted speed limits throughout Pelican Preserve and yield to pedestrians in crosswalks .
• Golf course and cart paths are for golfers only . Please do not use the golf course or cart paths to jog , run , walk or walk your dog . This includes early morning and evening hours .
• Do not ride bikes on the sidewalks . Use the bike lanes on Pelican Preserve Boulevard . When riding on the road , ride with the flow of traffic , not against it . Don ’ t forget your helmet ! Bikers should follow rules of the road which means stopping at stop signs , signaling and yielding to pedestrians .
• When walking in the community , please use the sidewalks .
• Help us maintain the beauty in our natural areas and properly dispose of dog waste . Do not throw waste bags in the preserve area .
• Please do not feed the wildlife in the preserve or in your neighborhoods . This includes alligators and squirrels .
Dog Park Usage & Maintenance There are two dog parks located at the Town Center , one of which is being relocated as a result of amenity improvements . If you are interested in utilizing the dog parks , you must register your dog at the Town Center reception office . Forms may be found on the Pelican Preserve website under “ Documents & Forms .” Please note that the dog parks will be closed the first Monday of every month for routine maintenance .
Please do not allow your dogs to dig in the dog parks . Residents must pick up their dogs waste and dispose of in the receptacles provided .
Pelican Preserve Name Tags We encourage Pelican Preserve Residents to wear name tags to Pelican Preserve events , functions and get-togethers . Order your neighborhood specific name tag by completing the Name Tag form and submitting it with a check for $ 8.50 per name tag payable to Trophy Case in the lockbox in the computer room located in the Pelican Lounge . You will be notified when you name tags are ready for pick-up , generally within two weeks .
Golf Cart Parking As we work to maintain the Town Center , please use designated golf cart parking spaces when visiting the Town Center . Please refrain from parking in front of doors , walkways and lawns . Do not park golf carts in the main Town Center parking lot .
Golf Cart Requirements Drivers of golf cart must be 16 years of age and a licensed driver in order to operate a golf cart . Refrain from having children on your lap . Children must be seated while riding in a golf cart .
Smoking at the Town Center The Town Center is a smoke-free zone . Please refrain from smoking or vaping in all areas of the Town Center .
Outdoor Pools There are two outdoor pools and two hot tubs located at the Town Center . The lagoon pool is for general use .
The pool located next to Flip-Flops is an adult pool only . A designated lap lane is also available for lap swimming at all times . Please be courteous , the pool is designed for lap swimming and general usage .
• No glass containers are permitted in the pool areas .
• Food and drinks not permitted in the pool or within 4 feet of the pool edge .
• No outside food or drinks are permitted in the pool area .
• Children under 12 years old are not permitted in the hot tubs per the Lee County Health Department .
Pelican Preserve Newsletter The Pelican Preserve monthly newsletter is available at the Town Center reception desk , Soleil Health & Fitness , and The Club at Pelican Preserve . Residents should also receive the newsletter via email and can also view the latest edition on the front page of the Town Center website .

When initially logging in to the website your username will be your Town Center account number followed by either 0 or 1 , depending upon who the primary is on the account . Passwords are the first letter of your first name followed by your last name ( no spaces and all lower case ).

Copies and Faxes Copies and Faxes may be done in the Brokke Center .
