No-code robot control
The increasing demand for automated systems using servos is often thwarted by the time taken to implement the systems for the wide range of applications needed.
To code and test the system, many months are often required for implementation and even more time to then diagnose and support it on an on-going basis.
LinMot is proud to present a major milestone: the no-code robot control LinMot Pilot.
It is an intuitive, web-based platform for configuring and controlling multiaxis LinMot Flat Robots and LinMot linear and Rotary motors— without a PLC or deep programming knowledge.
Instead of complex code, LinMot Pilot relies on parameterisable commands, clear logic modules, and intuitive widgets. This allows even demanding tasks such as screwing, conveyor synchronization, or pick-and-place to be implemented quickly, safely, and efficiently.
Sequential programs can be created in just a few clicks. These programmes can include IF queries, waiting times, jump labels, variables and movement commands.
You will be able to program like a pro – without prior knowledge, using a no-code platform working directly in your browser.
Minimal training time is required allowing fast prototyping, quickly turning your ideas into action.
LinMot have also built in their knowhow for process specific applications

that are parameterised via custom wizards.
A customisable interface will be available soon. This will allow you to visualise process data, cycle time and any other information of the system. The interface can be easily tailored to your application needs with userdefined controls using clean and modern design elements.
Additional function packages for specific processes as well as smartcamera integration will also be available soon. Packages will include conveyor tracking, camera interface, capping and screwing, palletising and much more.
LinMot Pilot runs on the LinMot: TM01 technology module which controls up to 8 axes with a 1.5 Ghz 4-core processor with a 2ms. Cycle time. This controls with the Servo Drives and any additional I / O via EtherCAT.
In turn, the TM01 can be integrated with many PLCs via either the Profinet or Ethernet / IP interface and supports Industry 4.0 thanks to OPC UA.
In conclusion, LinMot Pilot offers a much faster and easier way to automate your application.
